As far as I know the only tube tester on the market is the one Orange makes. I'm not sure if it is any better than the **** old one from the 50's that I have yet to figure out how to use, but I know it is on the market. 

For every douchebag I have seen post here, there is someone else I have seen whose opinion I have grown to respect. In some cases, I even respect the douchebags opinions, at least when it come to guitars. Personally I feel like I would like it here less if the mods were Nazis. We do a pretty good job of running off the ne'er do wells. The 20 page argument threads? Those of you complaining about those would find yourselves so bored if they were to disappear. Not to mention the best way to judge our fellow forumites character is to watch how they respond to these events.

You might be able to get someone to trade you a Gibson case for one of those, but an actual Gibson? Maybe a headstock repair or something, but I doubt it. Mighty find someone willing to trade a MIM Tele though.

Good thing they had you send the amp all the way to a shop that wasn't capable of repair, eh? What a waste of your time and money.

I don't want to argue in favor of UPS because they do suck, but what planet are you guys posting from with all this fedex nonsense? My local fedex is the most poorly run operation I have ever encountered. Idiots at the warehouse, idiots on the trucks, and even bigger morons answering the phone to dispense "customer service".
