When Mrs. Tone was pregnant we always joked that Tonette would be a drummer or a soccer player because of the way she kicked. She's already demolished two sets of toy drums banging away on them. Normally, it's not me playing, it's her telling me that we're now going into my office to play. So we go through the instruments, I pull out that Fodera and PRS, she'll occasionally sit on my lap and strum. It's cute.
My wife and daughter were out when I got home from work yesterday. Some get-together of moms. Apparently, the hostess' son had some little guitar that Natasha was attached to for most of the time she was there. Mom wanted to get rid of it and offered it to Nioette, but her son still wants it. She said it's ours once her son loses interest in it. That'll be nice
Of course, I'm already eying instruments for her once she's a bit older

Every time I plug in an instrument, my daughter is right there wanting to get on my lap and "help" me play. A lot of the time I will let her so it will hopefully encourage some desire to learn an instrument when she gets older. Originally Posted by niomosyYou have bass playing time AND WoW time!?
My bass playing time is usually when Nioette wants to play as well. She's now requesting that the bass be plugged into the amp. She's only had that a couple of times but it's not dawned on her that she likes it.
