He does sometimes come of as douche-y .... some of it is probably actual douchiness but I think a lot of it is a dry and sarcastic sense of humor. If I were in his position I'm sure some people would think I'm a great guy, some a douche, just like they do now, the only difference is my behavior is never (as far as I know) brought up on internet discussion boards as proof that I'm a douche ...

 

As for the guitar? Marketing bull{censored} and snakeoil, just like almost every other sig model.

I love Jrs, and dig single-pup guits, but a full-on LP just looks off to me with a single pup.

No. Top 10 for sure. But unfortunately for Eddie he came after a couple other guys like Jimi, or Jimmy and that will always work against him.

Some of this for me too, and the finish is "meh" to me, but I kinda like the looks of it otherwise. The copy seems to indicate that it comes with both an HSC and a gig bag, and that's cool.

Um, I really haven't read all the {censored}-storm posts ... so I'm not taking sides or anything ... the above is merely my own BS opinion.

I have 2. One took 30/40 minutes, $120(?). The other took 2 1/2-3 hours and was $240.

The one pup white job looks to have a Fender Heavy Metal neck, but I can't remember if any of those were one pup configurations. Anyone?

Kinda OT as well, but Armitage, that was a good thumbnail sketch of the +/- of the Japanese way of business.

Maybe its just a different kind of acting, but I like that fact that he's honest enough to risk maybe looking like a jerk ... A refreshing change from lots of other celebs that are SO protective of their image it's hardly worth reading their interviews.

Very nice, this is the second Jackson I've seen someone get a great deal on today.

I've got a reverse pro neck on my Kelly mutt, and it's a great neck. It looks like you got one of the better Floyd trem systems on that one too. It's not a super-duper deal, but certainly not a bad one. Whether you change the pups or not, you got a great player on your hands!
