Maybe you could rephrase the question? It seemed like english bob answered it pretty thoroughly to me, so maybe we're just not understanding it right.
But if we are, you're going to need two amps. A "ping-pong" setting on a stereo delay (like the DL-4) uses the stereo outputs to pan the delays from one amp to the other. I could be mistaken, it's been a long time since I played a DL-4, but I think it just sounds like regular digital delay if you use the ping-pong setting into just one amp.

I have a Line 6 DL-4 in very good condition. I've had it for a couple years, it's seen maybe three gigs, but otherwise it's been bedroom use only. Comes with the power supply.
I'd prefer to trade the DL-4 plus some cash for a DMM, but I'll sell it for $175.
Pics when I get home from work.

Red Witch Fuzz God II, $160 - Great condition with box, pouch, paper. The signature on the back is a bit smeared and I took the little plastic feet off (they're included as well if you want to put them back on). Sad to see this one go, but I'm saving for a new organ.
Russian Big Muff, Black, $45 - Good condition, works like it should, with box.
Boss MT-2 Metal Zone, $30 - Battery clip is messed up, so 9V power only unless you replace the clip. Also, the level knob is bent, but still functional.
Digitech RP-50, $30 - with power supply, dusty, but otherwise great condition. I think I've used it twice.
