Today Ultrafunk announced their line of DirectX audio plug-ins for Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT.

The Sonitus:fx plug-in pack consists of four plug-ins for use with DirectX- compatible host software like Sound Forge, Wavelab, Cubase, Cakewalk or Samplitude. Featured in this package of audio processing plug-ins is a 6-band parametric equalizer, a combined flanger and ensemble modulation plug-in, a high-quality diffuse reverb and a phase shifter with built-in phase meter. Sonitus:fx plug-ins share a common, user-friendly interface and offer support for both 16-bit and 32-bit (floating point) processing. Also featured are left and right channel peak indicators, static presets and online help.

The Sonitus:fx line of plug-ins is now available for online purchase at an introductory price of $140. Standalone plug-ins can also be purchased.

    • Windows 95 OSR2, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0
    • DirectX Media Runtime 5.2a (6.0 or later suggested)
