New BusCard Available for QSC Amps

QSC is now shipping the new BSC-7 BusCard signal processing accessory for its 4-channel CX contractor and DCA cinema amplifiers. The BusCard accommodates four channels of analog signal processing such as EQ, limiters, and filters without requiring additional rack space, cabling or AC power.

The BSC-7 contains a pair of slots into which two-channel QSC signal processing accessories can be mounted, including crossover, bandpass, ultrasonic or subsonic filters, constant-directivity horn boost, power limiters, dual-channel bass/treble shelving EQ, or dual-channel 5-band graphic EQ. A QSC XF-1 input transformer accessory can also be added on each channel to improve noise rejection.

Using the BSC-7 is ideal for amplifiers in rental or turnkey systems since the processors are mounted internally making them virtually tamper-proof.
