    By Guest |

As part of its upcoming "Gibson In Motion" promotional event, Mars Music will feature legendary guitarist/inventor Les Paul in a one-time only Question & Answer session on its Web site, www.marsmusic.com.

Entitled "Ask Les Paul," visitors to MarsMusic.com can submit their questions to the guitar master beginning now. Answers to select questions will be posted on the Web site Friday, May 4.

Mr. Paul is considered to be the "Thomas Edison of the music industry", having invented a host of recording techniques that remain the industry standard, including 8-track recording, sound-on-sound, reverb and delay. Mostly known for the solid body Gibson Guitar that bears his name, Mr. Paul was a major television and recording star of the 1950s, hosting a top-rated show with his wife, Mary Ford. Their version of "How High The Moon" earned the duo an induction into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Mr. Paul is additionally a multi-platinum recording artist, multi-Grammy winner and inductee into the Rock n Roll Hall Of Fame and Inventors Hall of Fame.
