Crate Pro Audio has redesigned its Power Amp Series. As a complete set of four 2-rack space amps, they provide the selection and performance to meet a wide range of applications and power requirements. Good for smaller rigs, the SPA200 will run at 2x100 watts @ 4 Ohms stereo or 200-watts mono-bridged. A built in presence control for both channel's A & B allows the option to boost up to 10dB above 1kHz.
For small to medium speakers, monitors, or even high frequencies in bi-amping applications, the SPA400 delivers 200 watts @ 4 Ohms or 400 watts mono-bridged.
For colossal power, introducing the SPA1400 & 1400C, boasting 660-watts in stereo at 2 Ohms or up to 1320 watts mono-bridged at 4 Ohms! Both models feature heat dispersion techniques such as two variable speed fans and massive heat sink. Included within the 1400C is a built in 24dB/ octave, 2-way Linkwiz-Riley electronic crossover, variable up to 2500Hz for a variety of highs, mids and lows.
The rear panel of all four models features left & right Neutrik Speakon locking speaker outputs, mono-bridged Neutrik Speakon locking speaker output, 5-way binding posts outputs, balanced XLR & 1/4" inputs, channel level control, mono bridge/stereo switch, parallel mono switch, and XLR Male Thru connectors.
