Bend, Or – January 1, 2013 – Featuring Custom Design Center heritage combined with affordability, Breedlove Guitars announces 3 new additions to their Passport Series line of instruments.  The C200/SMe-T travel guitar, C250/SMe-12 12-string guitar and the B350/SMe-4 bass guitar offer new dimensions to the award winning line of Breedlove instruments.

Designed to appeal to the wayfarer soul, the C200/SMe-T travel guitar features a 22.75” scale and standard EADGBE tuning.  This instrument excels as a couch, travel or recording guitar and offers big character in a compact package.  The C250/SMe-12 follows in the legendary Breedlove tradition of 12-string playability and tone.  And the B350/SMe-4 bass features a comfortable 32” scale and the fast-playing neck that Breedlove basses are noted for.  Both the C250/SMe-12 guitar and B350/SMe-4 bass also feature the Breedlove Bridge Truss, which supports the bridge, relaxes the top, and offers better tone and increased sustain.

Each instrument also offers the following features:

    • Solid Sitka Spruce tops
    • Sapele Mahogany back and sides
    • East Indian Rosewood fretboard
    • Breedlove VTC electronics package with built in tuner
    • Gigbag included

The MSRP for the C200/SMe-T travel guitar is $532, with a suggested street price of $399.  MSRP for the C250/SMe-12 12-string guitar as well as the B350/SMe-4 bass is $799 with suggested street prices of $599.  All 3 instruments will be available as of January 1st.
