Anti-Rust Plated Plain Steel Strings

Dozens of professional musicians were enlisted to test Elixir® Strings' Anti-Rust Plated Plain Steel Strings over the last year, and the strings were commonly praised as an amazing guitar string innovation. The musicians felt that the strings sounded great, felt great, and noted that tone lasted significantly longer than the strings they had used previously. In addition, in these extended field trials, of the used strings that were returned, nearly all showed little or no signs of rust.
