    By Guest |

The Early Bird pre-registration deadline for this year's Nashville Recording Workshop + Expo is rapidly approaching, with a cutoff date of February 24th, 2010. Early registrants can save between 15% and 30% off of the regular price by reserving their place now for the 2-day event being held March 5th and 6th at The Curb Event Center at Belmont University. "This year's program includes an amazing roster of talented individuals," says AES Nashville Section Chair Mike Porter, "and the event is extremely affordable, especially at the pre-registration rates. Anyone serious about learning how to improve their personal recordings needs to join us at NRW+E." Beginning with keynote speaker Ben Folds' kick off of NRW+E 2010 through the final panel on Saturday, attendees will enjoy networking and learning with the some of today's most successful audio professionals, as well as an exclusive trade show area featuring manufacturers representing all aspects of recording and production gear and services. This year's special guest panelists and presenters will include top industry engineers, producers, artists and dignitaries including: Chuck Ainlay, Joe Palmaccio, Chad Hailey, Nathan Chapman, Michael Rhodes, Vance Powell, Sharon Corbitt-House, Lynn Fuston, Russ Long, Pat McMakin, Dan Rudin, Cliff Goldmacher, Jim Catino, Bob Regan, Dave Pomeroy, Maureen Droney, Garth Fundis, Jim Kaiser, John Storyk, Kos Weaver John Merchant, Trina Shoemaker, Bill Deaton, Bob Bullock, Charles Hayes, Melvin "Maestro" Lightford, Ray Kennedy, Gary Nicholson, John Mayfield, Niko Bolas, and keynote presenter Ben Folds—among others.
