TASCAM Debuts TM-ST2 & TM-STPRO Stereo Microphones

TASCAM has premiered the TM-ST2 and TM-STPRO X/Y stereo microphones. The unbalanced TM-ST2 is an affordable microphone with both a 10' cable for live recording and an 18" cable for video camera connection. The TM-STPRO adds a balanced output, includes a 16' stereo xlr cable and has the ability to run on phantom power. Both microphones feature a switchable low cut filter and come with a mic clip, battery, wind screen and protective carry bag.

TASCAM's TM-ST2 has an expected street price of $149. The TM-STPRO has a projected street price of $179.

TASCAM Also Announces Track Pack Recording Bundles

TASCAM has announced three recording bundles designed to supply musicians with the tools they need to make great recordings. The track pack T1 combines the US-122l audio interface with a dynamic microphone, headphones and cubase LE4 recording software. The track pack T2 matches the US-144 interface with TASCAM's new TM-78 condenser microphone. The field pack pairs TASCAM's best-selling DR-1 portable recorder with the TM-ST1 stereo microphone.
