  • Second Drum Loop Release from MultiLoops

    By Guest |

MultiLoops has announced the release of their second title Naked Drums: Pop R&B. This drum sample loop library contains over 450 grooves and fills ranging from 60 BPM to a blistering 240 BPM, as well as single hit samples, in multitrack format. The tracks on this 4 cd-rom set consist of snare, kick, hit-hat, stereo overheads, tom 1, tom 2 and tom 3. With this type of delivery, the user can create their own mix by blending different tracks together and using plug-ins to add processing. Results can range anywhere from "organic" to "produced."

Naked Drums is available in 24-bit Sound Designer II (Mac) and 24-bit .WAV (Windows) formats. Included on both versions, are tempo mapped session documents for Digidesign's Pro Tools software. Pro Tools FREE, LE and TDM users can open up these sessions and begin working immediately to the Pro Tools tempo grid, making it the perfect song construction tool. Since the loops are in multitrack format, users can use Pro Tools features such as Beat Detective and Sound Replacer to mold them into their own creation. For other software, such as Digital Performer, Logic, Cubase, and Cakewalk, users can import the multi part files by navigating the tempo folders and selecting the like files.

MultiLoops is a new developer of loop samples libraries who debuted on June 21st with Naked Drums: Rock Vol. 1 The Essentials. This dual cd-rom set contains over 300 grooves and fills ranging from 60BPM to 165 BPM. This first release is in the same format as their new Pop R&B release.
