Peace Musical Company Debuts The DP-2016 Celebrity Drum Kit

Peace Musical Company is proud to announce a new addition to their family of drum and percussion products. Dubbed the "Celebrity," the DP-2016 joins the Millennium and the Hurricane in the Legion Series, Peace's entry-level line.

In keeping with the styles and trends in contemporary American music, it's a four piece kit, with shells constructed of tonally desirable Philippine mahogany. Built at the Peace factory in Taiwan, the same factory that builds all of Peace's kits -- including the customizable Paragon Series played by world renowned endorsers, the Celebrity features a 16"x20" bass drum, 5"x13" snare, 9"x12" rack tom, and 13"x15" floor tom, and double-braced hardware including basket-style snare stand, hi-hat stand, cymbal stand, and bass drum pedal.

The kit also features the sleek, new DA-180 bass drum claw, made of a new, lightweight, durable space-age composite. Sets are shipping in early July and carry the lowest price of any kit ever offered by Peace – suggested list price is $519.99.
