The Original Acoustic Instruments (OAI) division of Gibson Musical Instruments is proud to announce the addition of the Sam Bush F-5 Mandolin to its line of fine historic acoustic instruments.

This mandolin is an exact replica of Sams personal F-5 and is reminiscent of the highly prized 1930s Gibson F-5, but with the subtle nuances that make Sams mandolin, and his sound, so unique.

From the wider, unfinished neck, to the radius fingerboard and larger frets, this mandolin is Gibsons tribute to the modern mandolin master and the luthier's craft.

Other features include thinner top graduations, 30s style inlays on the headstock, block inlays on the fingerboard, Sams personal string spacing, a signature tailpiece cover, and Sams personal preference -- a shaped case.

Finished in a 1930s Gibson Sunburst with gold hardware, this instrument is truly a work of art. Sams personal commitment to quality and integrity is such, that he personally plays every instrument before we ship them.

The Sam Bush F-5 model is ready to be ordered now.
