  • Warwick Presents Thumb SC Single Cutaway Bass

    By Guest |

The brand new Warwick Thumb Single Cutaway Bass represents what happens when two legends collide. The basis of this modern creation is a combination between the tried and true Warwick Thumb NT and the popular single cutaway design. The new Thumb SC represents a milestone for the German instrument builder, thus solidifying Warwick's standing as a leading manufacturer of basses on the international market. The Warwick Thumb SC is striking in its chunky silhouette and substantial tone. It is an ideal instrument for jazz, funk and r&b. A passive MEC soap-bar humbucker has been specially designed for the Warwick Thumb SC and two 3-way switches, richly enhanced with 3-band MEC electronics, give it plenty of versatility. Also available as a left-handed version with no additional charge for both 5-string and 6-string versions. Warwick Thumb SC Single Cutaway Bass 2010 Specs

Warwick Press Release: New Delivery Times for Warwick Basses and Framus Guitars

Please note that delivery times for Warwick basses and Framus guitars will be increasing from three to six months to six to nine months. NAMM 2010 was a great success for Warwick GmbH & Co Music Equipment KG and as a result we've had to adjust our production schedule to accommodate requests for product worldwide. Increases in quality control as well as production cuts also factor into these delivery time changes. This will enable us to better serve you while still delivering the same high standard of craftsmanship and engineering that you've grown accustomed to in all Warwick and Framus products. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation. Warwick Press Release Warwick/Framus and Warwick Distribution Stand Musikmesse Frankfurt 2010

Warwick, Framus, and the ever-growing number of Warwick distribution companies will once again be well represented at the 2010 Musikmesse in Frankfurt. This year the booth will be one floor down in Hall 4.1. You will find our main staging area at booth E12 in Hall 4.1, while the current line of Jim Dunlop products will be located at booth D10. Besides the number of products being presented in Europe for the first time, we will have an array of A-list artists performing and signing at the Warwick / Framus booth. Bootsy Collins, Ryan Martinie and Earl Slick are just a few of the big names destined to once again transform the Warwick / Framus booth into an audience magnet! And don't miss the Framus Museum exhibit around the corner in booth D24, where you will also be able to find current products from pickup specialist MEC. We look forward to your visit!
