  • Warwick Introduces Blue Cab Series Sweet 15.2 And Sweet 25.1 Bass Amps

    By Guest |

For years there has been a noticeable difference between the tone, flexibility and durability of a pro player's bass amp and that of a beginner's bass amp. That is something that Warwick believes to be a serious injustice so they recently focused their German engineering into creating a new line of affordable amps that have similar qualities of the bass amps that are much more expensive. The results of these efforts are the new Warwick Blue Cab series, Sweet 15.2 and Sweet 25.1 bass amps.

The Blue Cab series consists of the Blue Cab 15, which has 15 watts of power and an 8" speaker, the Blue Cab 30, which has 30 watts of power and a 10" speaker, and the Blue Cab 60, which has 60 watts of power and a 12" speaker. All of the Blue Cab amps have collapsible, tilt-back feet, built in FX loops, metal speaker grills and tuned & ported cabinets. Warwick believes so much in the quality of their Blue Cab amps that almost all of their NAMM demonstrations will be performed on them.

The Sweet 15.2 and Sweet 25.1 are the Blue Cab amps' bigger, meaner brothers. The Sweet 15.2 has 150 watts of power, a 15" speaker and a HF-horn. The Sweet 25.1 has 250 watts of power, a 15" speaker, an 8" speaker and a HF-horn that can be switched off. These behemoths can handle bigger gigs with ease. Both combo amps have tons of tone shaping capabilities and rock-solid construction - absolute pro quality in every way.
