Members DarkHorseJ27
Will it improve tone to get an aftermarket tailpeice? If so, what are some good ones. Any wrap-around ones too?

Members IBDBB
No.it will only serve you best to sell that Epiphoneand buy a new guitar altogether.Replacing that problem would only serve to create more then next thing you know you've replaced the tuners, nut, bridge, pots, caps, wiring, pickups, and the list goes on and on.Buy a Gibson and it's all done right the first time.Trust me, or ask anyone else on this board. You'll basically get the same answer in 300 different ways of saying it. That is kinda odd advice coming from someone with 4 Epiphone's....
Members Crisco
The Gibson TP-6 is the ultimate replacement for your Epiphone. it will cost you $100 in most cases new, but I wouldn't hesitate. I love them!http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/PTTP030/

Members hondro
i replaced the bridge and tailpiece on mine with a Bigsby b-70 and schaller roller bridge. they both improved the tone immensely. that being said, its kind of an invasive procedure. Not sure what tailpieces will help, just be sure the spacing is the same as the old one.
