Members TamaDrummer0
Well, being a huge fan and loving progressive music I've knew of the band Opeth, but never really listened to them because of their growls because I am not a fan of that. What Opeth songs are there that have no growls in it?
Members faileddrummer
None. It's literally a female singer screaming about how her dad rapes her. Nothing but shock value.

Members Kabaalk
I'm a big Otep fan, actually. As for Opeth with no growling: Closure Death Whispered A Lullaby Weakness A Fair Judgment In my Time Of Need and the first 8 minutes of Forest Of October

Members marko46
I don't know the specific songs, but, I do like the majority of the songs on "Orchid". I really like the entire "Damnation" album which Steve Wilson (PT) produced. Very little "growling" on "Damnation".I'm not a fan of growling singers either, but they change it up at least, and sing some pretty damn pretty sounding songs that are still heavy."Damnation" is all clean. No distortion or heavy effects, but some very cool and creative rhythms.

Members 2xBass
I love Opeth sooo much. However outside of Damnation and a few select songs, the "growl" is kind-of what makes Opeth who they are. However, even in songs that they do growl in, the also provide and significant amount of "regular" singing. Trust me, just listen to the growls and in no time they won't bother you as much. Enjoy.
