Members ImaSmrtBaby
the guitar store I always go to has the ampeg BA115 for $400 and the B-100R for about $500. Why is the BA115 less? the B-100 doesn't have a tweeter, and they're both solid state. I'm confused....

I've heard that the tweeter on the 115 is noisy, and hisses too much. The B100R with the treble boost switched on has allways done it for my purposes. It sounds good for slap when EQ'd properly. Just my $0.
