Members tdempsey
and it was - a Dean. I always harbored a dislike for these things when I've seen photos, but this has opened my eyes to the possibility of my next bass being a EUB. Sure, I know the purists scoff, but at $650 it's attainable. I didn't buy it, but I'm considering posts about the Ergo EUB. Anyone ever play with either for any length of time besides a music store test drive? Please keep in mind that budget is key. Thanks!

Members fureybass
I don't really like the Dean uprights. It's a regular bass guitar neck just turned 90 degrees. 34' scale, flat fingerboard, rosewood, etc I don't know. I don't see the point in half moving to an upright, which the Dean is. Members fintucfin
Most electric uprights are very expensive. Maybe they are a rip. The Dean may be too cheap to play.
