I remember reading somewhere that Widnows (XP or Vista) can really only optimize 3GB of RAM so it is moot point to have anything more than that. Is there any truth to that? Unless you're running 64 bit Windows, yes, this is true.

+1 on calling. Unless your into waiting weeks on a resolution that could be taken care of in half an hour. Sure, you can technically slight a company for not making good on an email promise, but if you put that much faith in it to begin with, you really only have yourself to blame.
