These are AS NEW. They've been carefully moved 3 times in the last 2 1/2 years since I purchased them new...once to do a show with Jim Tozier, once for a David Wilcox house concert, and once for a backyard wedding reception. I have all the original packaging and boxes (and probably manuals if I look around!) I would certainly prefer not to ship though, and would be a much better deal for a local buyer because of the shipping cost, especially in the case of the stands. There's a possibility that I'll be driving from MI (I'm in Midland) to Florida in the next few weeks, so I could meet someone along the I-75 corridor if that worked out. This system is very lightweight....total of about 55 lbs or less for all 3 pieces. The sound is the best I've had in all 4 "generations" of PA gear I've had. The Peavey's really suprised me. The Yamaha carries a street price of 629.00 alone, so my price is pretty firm.
