Members lossforgain
A nice old pair of A's. May be "New Beat" hats, but there isn't any ink on them. Just a natural process of aging and gathering fine particulates...otherwise known as patina. Light top (925g) with a heavy-ish bottom (1284g) creates a well-defined "chick" when closed and a smooth and crisp sizzle when played open. Nice response, fun to play. No hole problems, but a couple of rough spots on the edge of the bottom hat only. I've photo'd the worst of them and included it. No structural worries from this -- the cymbals are solid with not even the hint of a crack. Someone will enjoy them very much. Only $129 including shipping in the US48! Ebay/HC references available. Can meet in person in the central mid-Atlantic region.
