Members lossforgain
This pie was a real surprise for me. I didn't expect much from it because it looks so unassuming. What I got was a medium-light (2055g) 20" that sounds like the best vintage Zildjians I've owned. Maybe that shouldn't be so surprising since a lot of people really like these first series Sabians. It's medium in pitch, with a gorgeous wash, definitely crashable. The bell is clear and has that "old A" tone to it. I haven't cleaned any of the patina, dirt, or tape residue off because it's wonderful the way it is, and I know someone will love it. May have a tiny rough spot or two on the edge but no cracks, dings, dents, keyholing, or other problems. Now only $139 shipped in the US48. References available anytime. This one will surprise you too!
