Drawing on the technical breakthroughs of their award-winning console/processor models (SSL 4000 Collection, V-Series, The API Collection, The JJP Collection), Waves has created a new series of plug-ins that blends the best of yesterday's sound with today's technology. H-Comp is a brand new dynamics processor that combines the modeled behavior of transformers, tubes, and transistors with the power and precision provided only by modern-day plug-ins. The result is a compressor with capabilities that engineers could once only dream about. From slap-back echo, ping-pong delay and tempo-sync with modulation, to filtering, flanging, phasing and more, H-Delay delivers real vintage as well as PCM42-style effects, controlled by a super-intuitive interface. Features and capabilities include: delay time of up to 3500 ms (TDM); variable pitch delay time behavior; multiple analog character modes; infinite feedback support; LFO-controlled pitch modulation; LoFi mode; and tap + BPM synchronization.
