    By Guest |

SoundEngine.com announces the availability of an incredible collection of musical performances and ambiences locations that include India, Burma, Nepal, Tibet, and Vietnam. It's a DVD-ROM entitled "Sounds from the Streets of Asia".

This DVD-ROM contains a collection of sounds that have been painstakingly recorded on an extensive tour of Asia to fantastic destinations such as India, Nepal, Vietnam, and Burma. Monk chants, street drumming circles, background ambience, temple meditations, and even wedding celebrations are included on this disk.

These sounds can be used on your computer or on a sampler that loads WAV formatted sounds. All sounds are presented in 16 bit, 44.1 KHz WAV format. These sounds are presented as they were recorded, with only light de-noising and basic removal of very low-end frequencies has been done. Except where noted, no effort has been made to provide looped performances.

"Sounds from the Streets of Asia" is available now at SoundEngine.com and has an MSRP of only $99.99.
