From rehearsals to recitals, lectures to live-music events, the CD-2i is the fastest way to capture the moment and render it to CD or SD memory card for storage and distribution. Recording to the CD-2i couldn't be easier, with its ability to capture CD-quality 16-bit/44.1 kHz WAV audio from a variety of sources. The CD-2i features a variety of audio inputs, including a stereo ¿¿-inch, RCA Phono, and phantom-powered XLR microphone input. A stereo microphone and speaker are also built in for instant recording and playback. A wireless remote allows for convenient off-unit control of playback and recording. The CD-2i has a number of useful playback features ideal for an educational setting. There are several playback modes available, including the ability to change the pitch, key and tempo of playback. Center cancel and metronome functions are provided, as well as reverb, and bass and treble tone control. With a built-in CD drive, the CD-2i can instantly burn high quality CDs for distribution, whether it's for band practice or to capture a recent performance. Audio can also be saved directly to any SDHC card (up to 32 GB). The CD-2i is scheduled to ship in June with a suggested retail price of $759.00.
