Peavey Adds to PV Series Audio Products

Peavey is making a number of new additions to its PV Series, including four small-application mixers with reference-quality microphone preamps--the PV 6, PV 8, PV 10 and PV 14--as well as equalizers, crossovers, loudspeakers and cables.

The new PV mixers feature the same microphone preamps used in Peavey RQ Series mixers--and an astonishingly low THD (total harmonic distortion) of 0.0007%--these new mixers are equally useful in project studios or live/program music mixing situations.

All four PV Series mixers include three-band EQ on each channel; effects send; two stereo channels; and both XLR and 1/4" inputs on every channel. The PV 10 and PV 14 have built-in effects processors.

Peavey will also expand PV Series to include new rack equalizers (PV 231EQ and PV 215EQ) and crossovers (PV 23XO and PV 35XO), as well as loudspeakers (PV 115 and PV 215). A new line of PV Series instrument, speaker, microphone and specialty cables will feature high quality Neutrik connectors.

The new PV Series mixers, equalizers, crossovers, loudspeakers and cables will be available in Q3 2004 from authorized Peavey retailers.
