Peace Musical Company Introduces New Rainbow Series Drum Kits

Peace Musical Company is offering two new limited edition drum sets in the US market. Environmentally friendly, the fabric used to wrap the shells of the new Rainbow Series is made from 100% recycled materials. But while the buzzword may be green, the shells shine like a rainbow - seven bands of color, like a spectrum, circle each shell.

In addition to making an ecologically correct and impressive visual statement, Peace also designed and built the drums with great sound in mind. The 9-ply shells have an inner ply of maple and 8 outer plies of mahogany, a combination renowned for powerful projection and great tone.

Both kits feature a 16" x 22" bass drum, 5.5" x 14" matching wood snare, 10" x 12" mounted tom tom, 16" x 16" floor tom, ball and socket mounts, Peace's Crescent Tom Mounting System, and rugged Arena 690 Series hardware.

The four-piece version has chrome hardware and has a suggested list price of $900. The five-piece Rainbow kit comes with black Raven Plate hardware on all the shells and also includes an 11" x 13" mounted tom tom; suggested list price is $1000.
