New Travis Barker Stick-Mallet from Zildjian

Cymbal and drumstick makers Zildjian introduced a new stick-mallet combo at NAMM designed with popular Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker. The new Zildjian Travis Barker Double takes the top-selling Travis Barker Artist Series Drumstick a step further, adding a seamless felt mallet head to the butt-end of the drumstick.
Barker's new stick-mallet is versatile, featuring a round bead tip, white stain finish, 0.595" diameter, 16 3/4" length and is made from 100% American Hickory. In addition to standard drumstick playing, the Travis Barker Double is ideal for a number of techniques including cymbal swells and muted tom fills.
The Travis Barker Double is the latest in a line of combination sticks available from Zildjian. The Dennis Chambers DC Double features Chambers' popular Artist Series drumstick combined with a felt mallet head on the butt-end. Zildjian also has created the Steve Houghton Utility Brush with along with the noted player and educator, combining a retractable brush with a mallet head all on a hickory handle.
