  • New ELED Tri Par 56 LED Par Can Gives You Superior Color Mixing - And A Better Price

Far Above Par For The Cost

Every lighting professional knows about the "value" of Elation's unique Tri LED System, with the cutting edge technology that creates RGB colors within individual LED sources to result in superior, smoother and shadow-free color mixes. The new Elation ELED Tri Par 56 gives lighting professionals something else to "value" - a very reasonable price.

A 42-watt fixture, the new ELED Tri Par 56 delivers color performance that lighting professionals have come to expect from Tri LED systems, with fourteen 3-watt RGB LEDs, (an equal number of green, red and blue). Each of the 3-watt LEDs is actually a 3-in-1 lamp, comprised of three different-colored LEDs - 1-watt red, 1-watt green and 1-watt blue.

This tri-color lamp design, which is exclusive to Elation, allows RGB colors to be created within each individual lens, so that all 14 lamps remain on during the color-mixing process. The result is smoother, more evenly mixed colors, without the distracting multi-color shadows that tend to appear around objects illuminated by RGB fixtures with single-color LED lamps.

"Everything about the ELED Tri Par 56 is advanced, except its price," said Eric Loader, director of sales for Elation Professional. "This technology is a vast improvement over single-color LED RGB fixtures. With old par cans if you wanted to mix a color some lamps would be on and some would be off, because each lamp was dedicated to a single color. However, with the advanced technology in the ELED Tri Par 56, all 14 lamps would remain on to create any color, because all of the mixing is done inside the lamp.

The ELED Tri Par 56 also features Elation's famous flicker-free operation. The lack of flickering, smooth colors, absence of color shadows and high-quality whites, also makes the ELED Tri Par 56 well suited for TV and video production applications. A versatile par can, the ELED Tri Par 56 works on 7 DMX channels, and 6 DMX work modes. It uses USITT DMX 512 16-bit resolution, and it has a multi voltage power supply of 100 to 240 volts, 50/60 Hz. The rugged durability of the ELED Tri Par 56 make it ideal for the touring and rental markets, and its compact design (9" x 11" x 10.75" and 6-lbs) makes it easy to set up, tear down and transport.

The MSRP of the ELED Tri Par 56 and ELED Tri Par 56 DW is only $499.95
