Schecter Guitar Research has announced redesigned versions of their TSH-1 and TSH-12 models, which will debut at the upcoming Winter NAMM Show.

Though the 'F' holes are no longer there, both TSH (Tempest Semi Hollow) guitars still are constructed with large hollow 'sound chambers'. The TSH-1 and TSH-12 also retain the bolt-on 25 1/2" scale maple neck with 22-fret rosewood fingerboard from the original.

Schecter has also added both 'eye candy' and 'sonic' upgrades in 2005, including two specially voiced 'dual-tube' Duncan Designed Lipstick pickups which are controlled via a 5-way rotary 'Schecter Selector', providing a wide array of tones. Schecter cites Seymour Duncan's tonal guru Evan Skopp for is invaluable input into the voicing of these new Lipstick pickups. Intonation and tuning stability is achieved by the addition of a fully adjustable hardtail bridge.

A newly designed Schecter auto-style logo and striking duo-tone paint and pickguard schemes complete the TSH look.

The TSH-1 is available Duo-Tone Blue Flake, Duo-Tone Black, Duo-Tone White. The TSH-12 is available in Duo-Tone Black only.

    MSRP

    • TSH-1: $669.00
    • TSH-12: $729.00
