Masai, Valkyrie, Spartan, and Praetorian—these very different and aggressive names guaranteed the buzz for the debut of the original Warlord Collection of 6 x 14" snare drums. The four drums were the spearhead of Tama's revamped, reinvented and totally expanded pro snare drum line-up.

At the 2007 Austin Summer NAMM Show, the buzz continues with two new Warlord models, this time for those who prefer the response and playability of a 13" diameter snare drum. Unlike the original 14" Warlord models, the two 13" versions are limited to just 200 pcs for the worldwide market.

The KGM136 features a 6 x 13" maple shell with an exquisitely figured outer ply of Mappa Burl.

The KGB136 features a 6 x 13" bubinga shell with a rich dark outer ply of quilted African Rosewood.

Both limited edition models list for $899.99, which includes a deluxe carrying bag.
