  • Korg Releases TRITON Le and TRITON-Rack OS Version 1.5

    By Guest |

Korg has released new 1.5 operating systems for the TRITON Le series and TRITON-Rack instruments. These upgrades, available free from Korg's web site, add user-requested functions and bring the operation of all TRITON and Karma music workstations closer together.

New features added to the TRITON Le sequencer include one touch setup for recording Programs and Combinations complete with their arpeggiator settings, swing quantize, improved copying of Combinations with arps, tap tempo, individual parameter change transfer via Sys Ex for use with external sequencers, and append loading of multiple song files. Other enhancements include the ability to merge multiple banks of native sample-based sounds, more powerful foot switch and pedal assignments, sample "slicing" into RPPR patterns and compatibility with Karma sounds and sequence data.

TRITON-Rack OS Version 1.5 allows merging of sample-based sound banks when loading, and also offers tap tempo, improved copying of Combinations with arps into a Multi, and compatibility with Karma sounds and sequence data.

Both operating systems are currently available for download.
