Peavey introduced its line of Jack Daniel's electric guitars at the 2005 Summer NAMM show, inspired by the common American heritage shared by Peavey and Jack Daniel's. Peavey is the exclusive licensee of the Jack Daniel's brand for musical instruments, amplifiers and accessories.

Jack Daniel's USA Custom electric guitars are constructed using mahogany for the body and neck and a solid, 5A quilt maple archtop. Peavey's patented Dual Compression tailpiece--a unique, string-through-body design--creates a metal-to-metal connection between the strings and bridge system through the body for singing sustain and stronger string presence.

These single-cutaway guitars also feature ebony fretboards for a velvet feel with smooth attack; two patented, vintage-voiced, hum-canceling Peavey pickups providing high output and unmatched tone; chrome Schaller tuners; special wooden control and selector switch covers cut from aged Jack Daniel's whiskey barrels; and more.
