iPerform3D today announced a totally unique feedback tool called 'MyPerform' which allows Beginner students to get fast and helpful feedback on their progress from the professional instructors behind the 3D lessons. Students record themselves playing, submit an audio or video file via email and within 24 hours find out if they rate as a 'Wannabe', "The Next Big Thing' or 'A Real Guitar Hero'. 'MyPerform' is available at an introductory price of $2.95 per submission. Those who buy all four Beginner Packs get one free with their purchase.
"iPerform3D offers the most comprehensive set of tools and technology for learning guitar anywhere on the Web," said Robert Miller, co-founder and CEO, iPerfom3D. " 'MyPerform' gives aspiring guitar players a chance to get feedback from the pros, whenever they want, at a fraction of the cost of hourly lessons."
iPerform3D launched its completely new website in January of 2009, marking the first time that sophisticated motion-capture technology—previously limited to big-budget film and video game companies — has been used for online guitar instruction. The Company has restructured its product pricing, making iP3D courses more affordable, providing a pathway for consumers to buy lessons.
Beginners can rotate and zoom the "virtual" camera to any angle, even "behind" and "through" the instructor's guitar neck to learn classic hits like 'Cocaine', 'Come As You Are', 'Free Bird'. The iPerform3D Player set-up is fast and easy, and is available online for both Mac and PC operating systems. Beginner Packs now start at $14.95 each. Intermediate Courses are $12.95.
Real instructors will rate your progress with 'MyPerform'
Students who want to have their performance reviewed and commented on by the professional musicians and teachers who are behind the iPerform3D lessons, can do so with an easy submission process. 'MyPerform' feedback, now in Beta, will help Beginners get better faster.
How it Works
Students record a video or audio of himself or herself playing any one of the BEGINNER songs from Beginner Packs 1-4 and submit it by email. Within 24 hours, students will receive feedback by return email from one of our instructors rating their progress along with valuable tips about how they can improve their play.
