Creative Network Design Announces TriggerPak Expansion For NetMix Pro

Creative Network Design (CND), a leading sound and audio software developer, today announced that the company's flagship software product, NetMix™ Pro, the industry's leading sound library management system for Mac and PC, can now be expanded with TriggerPak™. TriggerPak expands NetMix Pro into a sound effects, music segments and voiceovers play-out solution for live TV productions, radio, theatre and live events.

NetMix Pro allows users to search lightning fast for sound effects, music or any other audio file cataloged in the NetMix Server database and assign audio files quickly to TriggerBins (playlists).

TriggerBins feature:

• Waveform Clip Editor
• Keyboard trigger
• Midi note trigger (Mac OS X only)
• Parameters for each sound include: region, pitch, level, loop, trigger mode
• RAM-based or disk-based playback
• Synchronization with MIDI sequencers and MIDI Show Control Systems
• Export to SampleTank™

Pro Tools users can create, edit and mix new audio files for a production and upload a new audio file directly from the Pro Tools timeline with embedded metadata to the NetMix Server using CND's MetaPlug Audio Suite plug-in.

"With TriggerPak we have again created a workflow solution: Create a new sound in Pro Tools, upload it to NetMix Server with MetaPlug, find it instantly with NetMix Pro and assign it to a TriggerBin. This works on a standalone workstation or in a networked environment. Because TriggerPak does not have all the bells and whistles of real sampler, we added the SampleTank Export feature. If you need ADSR, effects or velocity layers you can export a TriggerBin to SampleTank, which is included with every Pro Tools system."

NetMix Pro with TriggerPak allows sound effects, music segments and voiceovers to be simply and effectively managed. NetMix Pro systems are scalable from 1 to 1000 users.
