Great for practicing at home, jamming with friends, or performing for a small audience, the newly re-designed CA30D amplifies the crisp acoustic tone players love from their acoustic guitars. Featuring a Crate 8" high-fidelity speaker, Crate Special Design tweeter, and 30-watts RMS, the CA30D's newly added Digital Signal Processing selector and effects send lets players add their own signature sound to the mix. Loaded with two channels, 1/4" line out with level, slant front cabinet, spring reverb and effects loop the CA30D is a starting amp for acoustic guitarists wanting to bring their performance and sound up a notch.

For players in the market for a bit more, Crate introduces the CA112 & CA112D. Both amps feature 125-watts, Crate Special Design tweeter, and a singe 12" speaker with dual voice coil, adding dramatically enhanced low end and punch. Other features include three channel operation, feedback elimination circuit, tilt back cabinet, and stereo chorus.

Designed by guitarists for guitarists, Digital Effects on the CA30D and CA112D comprise slapback delay, long delay with regeneration, heavy flange, slow chorus, fast chorus, chorus with reverb, small room reverb, and large room reverb. The CA112(D) also includes two special features for the year 2000. A tweeter level control for the ability to dial out unwanted high frequency hiss from either the guitar pickup system or other electronic noise, and a ground lift circuit providing users with the ability to eliminate grounding conflicts and hum that may occur in a live situation.
