Master Native Instruments Battery 3 and create better drum tracks

ASK Video Interactive Media, a leading creator of software tutorials on DVD, has released Battery 3, a new DVD Tutorial designed to help new and experienced users alike master the new version of Native Instruments' popular drum sampler.

ASK Video tutorial expert Chris Butcher takes users through Battery 3 in this comprehensive and easy to follow DVD tutorial for Mac or PC. He shows users how to get the most out of the 12 gigabyte sample library that comes with the program as well as how to build great sounding drum kits from their own samples and loops, including REX files and a number of other formats.

"Native Instruments' Battery 3 is an incredibly powerful drum sampler. From its massive internal library or the flexibility to load your own samples to it's handling of both acoustic and electronic drums, its sound shaping power is second to none," said Steve Kostrey, President of ASK Video. "This new DVD will help you master Battery 3's many features and have you making the best drum tracks of your life!"

Butcher takes the user from setup to mastery in 31 professionally produced, high quality videos for more than 3 hours of video instruction, complete with examples. Beginning with chapters such as Master Section Tour, Edit Page Tour, Loading a Drum Kit, and Audio and MIDI Settings, he quickly has the user up and running. From there, the DVD progresses into chapters on Controls, Using Cells, and Constructing and Mapping Your Own Kit, before delving into advanced topics like Wave Editing, Modulation, Effects and Quantization.

ASK Video's proprietary easy-to-use interface divides the DVD into chapters for quick navigation to specific topics or techniques, making it a great reference tool for any Battery user.
