I've been a Professional musician for 40 years and always designed and built my own cabinets. I've worked as a consultant for Celestion and had my own company Revsound for 30+ years. I play out every week and as long as it's fun I'll keep doing it. During the war....Viet Nam I was taken out of UMass and put on a small team of R&D engineers at Microwave Associates to work out design flaws in some of their microwave amp modules for SAM missile, that kept me upright while many of my friends were not so fortunate.
My parents wanted me to be a doctor. I tried. It wasn't for me but back then you did what your parents suggested usually:) I put myself through school playing music in the NE area and touring Europe as a solo performer. After the war ended I played full time. In the mid 80s the owner of Celestion saw me performing and asked why I wasn't using a Marshall cab with my JMP100 head. I replied I always built my own and used Celestion drivers. That was the beginning of our relationship.
