Do we fill the instrument with music, or does the instrument lull us into reverie where all around us a shield is present and one feels invincible so long as he plays the music?Numbers, numbers numb her's done. To shield him from the numbers! As he divides the time, the numbers are held in check! Order is established, and equilibrium is maintained. A foul pit did emerge these symbols : 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9! Money: numbers. Our species is addicted to math. The math on the computer, the math of chemistry, the math of money. The math of music. The math of exact measurements in every area of life! If only it were possible to overcome the math, and all its endless rabbit holes of equations. 4/4, 6/8,1/8 notes, 5ths, 3rds, 7ths, fermata (is that an eye?), whole O notes, ABCDEFG (7), CDEFGAB EFGABCD GABCDEF = 777 = The General of the Beat Marching Army which moves the body in synch with the heart.
