"Academy" Strat copy

While on holiday in Spain last month I spotted an 'Academy' Strat copy in a boot-sale, it was in excellent condition, seemed well made and finished - clear dark brown (not s/b) and was priced at sixty euros.  Should I have haggled and bought it?

 

I know it would have been difficult to bring home (but not impossible).  Google produces no results.  Does anybody here know anything about them?

 

(Edit)  Just found a bit via "Bing" apparently they're solid basswood (not plywood) but the p/us and electrics aren't very good, so with the decent well padded case sixty euros seems about right!
