two loop pedal setup as ABY ??

i've asked about this in the past but never found a solution.

 

i'm looking for a two loop pedal that has a single input and single output and two sets of sends and returns - for two effect loops (let's say effect loop A and effect loop B).

 

i'd like to be able to choose between loop A or loop B or Y (loop A + loop B in parallel).

 

are there any pedals out there that can do this? or any that can be modded to do this? or is there anyone out there that can build this? and the loops need to be isolated so that they are not interacting when summed in Y mode, so nothing passive please..
