I reckon that's a late 1970's non-Hrm, non-Skyliner Dumble with fuzzy dice cabinents. Much like Steve Lukather's of similiar era. That "clean" but very expressive thing.... A little bit like Bryan Adams (and band) tone. I can come close....but never been able to get quite there.
