Guitar player new to singing....looking for honest feedback

Somewhat new member here but not totally new as I was a member in the older format.  Came back recently and my username was no longer valid so I had to create a new one.  Anyway, I'm primarily a guitar player but have been trying to sing for the past 6-8 months.  Below is a cover of me singing and playing House of the Rising Sun.  It's not quite the same as the original version.  How does it sound vocally and what do you think I need to work on to improve?  I would appreciate any feedback
