Looking into the DAS Compact 2 tops. what i would like to know is the coverage in an open and close area of 2 of the tops in terms of people. We put a COmpact 218 and a Compact 2 on each side of our 24' stage and playing CD's it was good and clean (and full) a good 75 feet back. It was only 'Loud' for the first 30-40 feet. This was outside in a large park. Inside, they would crush. They are a very nice box, definitely work great with subs. I have not used ours as stand-alones. We use 3 Compact 2's on each side and two Compact 218's on each side. it is a great rig, with plenty of power and good sound. IMHO Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
