It takes about 9500' of AC, Audio and Video cable to get up and running. Video: 3 - 42" flat screens1 - 5 x 8' RP Screen1 - projector3 - 3 chip video cameras1 - live video production suite Lighting: 9 - 575w Altman Star Pars1 - Altman Shakespeare1 - Vue 42 - ESC Zipper1 - Truss 30'6 - Tent pole rigging clamps6 - Tent pole covers1 - Dual goose neck podium light1 - NSI dimming system1 - 100' Power distribution system (ties into the generator) Sound: 1 - ATW 3137 wireless mic1 - AT43HE (wired back up)1 - Dual CD/Mixer (background music)2 - EX102 - SxA250 Should be set up by 5:00 PM and back for rehearsal at 7:00, home around 10:00 The event is Monday night and we'll load out Tuesday morning.
