Members aztechno
I am trying to "shrink" my studio down a bit and I was wondering if the M50 88 might be a replacement for the Roland X6, MicroX and Casio CDP-100. I really am not using the sampling features on the Roland, I think a lot of patches would be better on the MicroX and the action on the M50 is better than the CDP-100 (although it is quite good for a bargain digi). The practical side says do it...all in one is better, lightweight, M3 synth engine, plus touch screen and DAW integration. The geek side says redundancy and the touch screen is a little wonky. I would, most likely sell my Remote SL Zero and get the SL61 if synth action is needed (and still be able to control my soft synths) What say you? Members evildragon
Do you need aftertouch? If not, then just go for it.
Members niacin2.0
yeh, do it. Nothing wonky about the touch screen.
