Members teknobrat2003 Posted December 26, 2010 Members Share Posted December 26, 2010 I'm interested in purchasing FL Studio, however from viewing all the youtube videos it seems that making music is a two step process, which seems like a pain. It seems first you need to create a pattern and then you need to transfer the patterns into song mode and basically map the patterns to create a song. Is this correct? Is there no way to input notes from my controller directly to song mode? I currently write in Reason 5 and Logic 9 and there it is a one step process since there is only one mode to record in.
